T-5 Boxing has been changing lives all over Grass Valley since it was established in 1989 by Rocky Twitchell Sr. At the beginning of 2024 Ironworks Gym took over T-5 Boxing and have added to the lineage. Now nicknamed Combat we striving to motivate the people of Nevada County of every age.

 T-5 Boxing has been changing lives all over Grass Valley since it was established in 1989 by Rocky Twitchell Sr. Recently Ironworks Gym had the privilege to take over T-5 Boxing and continue giving back to our community here in grass valley . Now nicknamed Combat, we believe that fitness is a way of life. We founded our gym to be the second home for all our members. Whether you exercise everyday or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, Ironworks can help shape the new you. Participating in youth outreach, striving to motivate all ages and all people of Nevada County to live a healthier life physically and Mentally. We do so through positive interaction and friendships build here at our gym. We want to be your next workout partner. 

We offer a variety of fitness classes to suit all interests and skill levels, including Boxing, MMA, Jui-Jitsu and Mui-Thai. Our classes are led by experienced instructors and are designed to challenge and inspire you.
